Dollar for dollar, nobody protects you from mayhem like AllstateOne could easily read, or hear, that as "no other insurance company can protect you from mayhem like us, Allstate"
This is what is, I believe, called a dangling modifier in English. The slogan means that Allstate can protect you from mayhem, but the sentence could also say that Allstate is the mayhem.
Properly worded, with no confusion, they should say "Dollar for dollar, nobody protects you from mayhem like we (do). Allstate."
Or something.
